How Does the REMS Service Work?

When you contact REMS’ will initially respond to your request for advice by discussing your particular enquiry, either over the telephone or, if you prefer, via e-mail.

This exploratory discussion will establish where REMS may be able to assist and a no fee, no obligation, meeting can be arranged at the YOUR home or work premises.

At the conclusion of this free advisory meeting, various options can be considered and REMS will make verbal recommendations regarding an appropriate course of action. Guideline costs and timescales will also be given.

Project Plan and Specification

Following the advisory meeting, the next stage would be for REMS to develop a detailed project plan and specification document to enable a complete quotation to be agreed. The customer would determine whether they wish to proceed.

The detailed project plan and specification document would typically be complete in seven to fourteen days.

Implementation

When a specification and budget has been agreed it will require implementation.  REMS 25×8 solution team have the necessary experience to complete the implementation.
