Landowners and their agents don’t like time wasters, they like certainty and they like the security that we can offer – both the capital sum and our professional way of working.
When we say we’re interested in a deal, we mean it. And because there are only three directors, we can make decisions quickly. We’ve worked together for years and if one of us wants to do a deal the other two know him well enough to go along with his decision. We don’t have to have meetings to discuss the pros and cons. Finding the funds for any of our projects has never been a problem. Furthermore, when we agree a price with you we stick to it. We do our homework before we make an offer and we don’t chip away at it as the weeks go by. We realise that sometimes we may be in competition but we don’t like Dutch auctions. |
